The book tells the story of a man who travelled to Tibet to find the ancient secret of longevity. In the old monasteries of Tibet he found monks who looked amazingly young - like they had no age. They were all practising 5 simple exercies. The exercises that we now know as "The 5 Tibetans" - or "the fountain of youth".

When the man returned from his stay in Tibet, he was tipped to be around his mid-forties, when he was in fact 73 years old!
What did he do?

 

The Secret is to keep your energy centers "running".

We have 7 centers of energy, which rotate with a certain speed. These centers or chakras are all located around the hormone glands. Ageing depends much on the hormones.

The trick is to keep the centers running with the same fast speed, in order to keep the hormone glands doing their job. If one or some of the centers starts to slow down, it causes the proces of ageing ...

The 5 exersices is designed to support and maintain the energy centers and their natural way of working.
