The book tells the story of a man who travelled to Tibet to find the ancient secret of longevity. In the old monasteries of Tibet he found monks who looked amazingly young - like they had no age. the man returned from his stay in Tibet, he was tipped to be around his
mid-forties, when he was in fact 73 years old!
